After years of searching, we have finally found the perfect location to build our forever home. Despite facing numerous challenges, we persevered and continued to search relentlessly on realtor sites until we came across a 110-acre plot of land that was previously out of our budget. However, we were lucky enough to learn that the landowner had decided to divide the land, which gave us a unique opportunity to visit and make an offer.

Imagine owning a piece of history! This amazing property includes a 100-year-old homestead complete with a cabin and a vintage tobacco barn. It’s a unique and charming piece of land that’s just waiting for us to make it ours.

First property visit survived! The trees were so thick, we felt like we were in an Indiana Jones movie! We dressed to beat the heat and bugs, because August in the south is crazy!

We absolutely fell in love with the property! It’s just so gorgeous and full of charm. We couldn’t stop talking about all the amazing things we could do with it, and how we could make it our own. We left with our heads buzzing with ideas and dreams for the future. We can’t wait to start putting our plans into action and make this place truly our own!

We are now ready to take the next step and make an offer. It’s an exciting and nerve-wracking time, but we feel confident in our decision and look forward to starting this new chapter.
